The hotel is impressive and on my favorite list. Breakfast at Emersia is a major draw for returning. There's a wide variety, and the menu is no joke (we had oxtail pindang when we stayed). The food is also delicious.

We had a great time at Emersia. When we were there, Lampung was very hot, but the room remained cool. We were a bit confused by the AC control, which seemed to be locked from the central office, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. After calling the FO, we were able to adjust the temperature to our liking, but miraculously, the room didn't cool down. Oh well, as long as the room wasn't hot and comfortable, plus we were only staying one day, I couldn't be bothered to complain anymore. The view from the room and the restaurant during breakfast was great. The food was also varied, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a bit small, and because we stayed on May 28th during a long weekend, it was too crowded and the water was murky. It didn't make swimming fun at all. Food prices were a bit expensive for a non-5-star hotel located in Lampung, but ordering food online was easy, so we just ate at the hotel for breakfast. Overall, Emersia is a good choice for a place to stay while in Lampung. Give it a try and experience the hospitality of Emersia Lampung. Thanks for having us, Emersia Lampung.

This hotel has a beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed it.

I booked 2 rooms, already requested non-smoking!! When we checked in, the room smelled of cigarettes. We only asked to change 1 room because we had children, but only got a deodorizer treatment. We asked the staff what room this was? He said non-smoking and apologized. Even though the bath towels, bathrobes, and bedsheets all smelled of cigarettes. Every time we opened the door after coming in from outside, the smell of cigarettes was still very strong. And in the other room there was an ashtray. We asked to change the bedsheets because they also smelled of cigarettes, after changing the ashtray, there was no more. Please consider this next time, deodorizers don't solve the problem. For the facilities and breakfast, everything was okay, only the room was very disappointing.
