Yes, the hotel does not need air conditioning because in Batu City, the view and yard are very beautiful.

A very, very spacious grassy park, for those who like to ground themselves, it's truly heaven. The atmosphere is calm, the greenery is not irritating to the eyes. Complete with a playground, children are free to run around without fear of hitting the asphalt. Lots of spots to daydream. Just a staycation is great. The breakfast is also quite varied. A legendary hotel from the 90s. Thank you Purnama.

When it was almost full, I got the last decent room, added an extra bed, the room was still spacious, the garden environment and facilities, even though the building is old, are beautiful and comfortable 👍👍👍

Friendly staff. Hotel facilities minus fitness center, for a 4-star hotel. Rooms are ordinary, nothing special. Food is good, lots of variety.

Purnama Hotel is the right accommodation choice for a vacation, relaxing and calming the mind from the hustle and bustle of work, can be with family or community because the facilities are complete, especially the outdoor area ... friendly service starting from the receptionist, bellboy, cleaning service also in the restaurant. Large area, various room choices adjusted to the view we want, just in the hotel area you can enjoy everything.

The service is very good, the facilities are also good and pleasant.

The place is beautiful and quiet (is it because you stayed there after the Eid holiday? 😅), only 4 families were seen there, even though it's usually full. It's a bit lacking because the rooms are non-AC, maybe because Batu is already cold, so there's no need for AC.

the only hotel in East Java and perhaps the only hotel in Indonesia that provides dinner to its guests, are there any other hotels like this..???

The place is nice, close to the tourist attractions in Batu City, but when we stayed there it kept raining so we didn't really explore the park.

the hotel view is nice. suitable for families with small children, there is a playground. for the room is a bit lacking because the building is old, so the interior is quite old-fashioned. the bathtub is a bit dirty.. but overall the service is okay, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The location, place, atmosphere are very good but the lobby staff between shifts of lobby staff (on duty) lacks coordination regarding hotel room payments.

It was a pleasant stay at Purnama Hotel, fast check-in, the food was also delicious with several food variants, only in room 8304 where our bedroom was, the water in the sink kept dripping and the room facing the road made it uncomfortable because of the noise of vehicles outside and also the AC that was not prepared by the hotel felt stuffy if all the windows were closed even though Batu City felt cold, but so far so good, next time I'll stay here again.
