The hotel is clean, the staff and security guards are friendly.

Overall, the room was great. The bathroom was spacious, and the amenities were good. There was no laundry bag, by the way. Is that really the case? Breakfast was decent for its class. The staff was also friendly. Asked for a proof of stay. Good job.

I'm a regular here when I go to Bandung. I just want to highlight that the parking is a mess. I was taking an online car to pick me up at the lobby, but the path to exit was blocked by some pejabat, I don't know, who was stopping his car, leisurely, taking much time, blocking the path and the security was just taking his time as well. We waited for about five minutes, no sign of movement, and the security just there. Almost 10 minutes, I shouted to them, and apparently, that pejabat just left the car there, and waiting for another 5 minutes, the wife of pejabat just got out of the car as well, and then the security moving his car elsewhere. What I want to protest was, I'm 15 minutes late for my schedules due to this and I did not even ask any of this. I'm a customer as well, a regular one. But I felt that I'm not important enough for them especially the security, which I'd seen him not urging the pejabat one bit at all, despite the queuing cars behind his. I think I'm gonna look for another hotel, for my regular visit next time.

The service was friendly enough, but the room and hotel interior were quite worn. The sheets were full of holes and stains.

I've stayed here several times, it's become my favorite hotel when staying in Bandung.

Overall, the room was comfortable. It was spacious, had a large bed, a sofa, and a refrigerator. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't a smart TV and didn't have many channels, so it wasn't easy to find something interesting to watch.

The room is nice and spacious, so it can sleep 4 or 5 people using the bed cover for those who want to save on hotel costs. Unfortunately, the TV is old-fashioned, not Android/smart TV, so it can't access YouTube or Netflix. Hopefully, there will be an upgrade or renovation in the future that will make it even better.

Safe parking and polite service.

The room is very spacious and comfortable... Facing the city view.... The location of the hotel is quite close to the city center, only the exhaust in the bathroom and the wifi signal is not strong, there is no hair cup in the bathroom.
