Staying in the Roseland suite is very pleasant, spacious, suitable for bringing family, the kids also like the room decoration, the swimming pool is also quite good, as is the breakfast menu. The downside is that the water in the sink can't be stopped continuously and the AC can't be turned off. Apart from that, it's okay, at night we can walk around near the hotel, there are lots of various foods so we don't have to worry about finding a place to eat.

The location is very strategic, close to everywhere, the hotel staff is friendly, the room is spacious and clean, comfortable, only the bathroom door can't be closed properly. The food is quite varied and delicious 👍👍

It could have been better. The first room's exhaust was damaged, and the room was hot. The repairs were slow. We had to chat on WhatsApp and Instagram first. We waited until midnight before moving it.

Perhaps because this is an old hotel, it's needed a lot of renovations. Only one elevator works, and even then, the door takes a long time to close.

When checking out, the customer service was a bit curt (unfriendly). When leaving the hotel room, there was a puddle of water in front of the hotel door, and when I wanted to boil water using the water heater (kettle), there were still instant noodles left from the previous guest... please improve the cleanliness...

The staff was very friendly, but I was immediately given a smoking room even though I didn't ask for it or choose one. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but the room had an unpleasant odor. Please fix this.

The room was old, the same as when I stayed over 10 years ago under Sagitta. The bathroom needed work, the towels were old, the shower tap was broken, and the water was brown. The worst part was the pillows stink. And this is a Junior Suite. Trying to be as professional as possible here, please fix this for your ‘future’.

The toilet is dirty… The toilet makes a noise when the faucet is running, which really disturbs my rest, even though I asked for a clean room… Please fix the hotel, especially since the toilet is really dirty. Thanks!
