It's quite comfortable in the city center, close to everywhere, and cheap. Only the bathroom is a bit unclean, but it's still enjoyable. Suitable for transit.

I didn't have time to take photos of the room because I checked in while I was sick. The sheets were dull and had some stains, the pillows were musty, the towels didn't smell good, the bathroom was slippery (my husband and I almost slipped), so far the room was less than satisfactory. But the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. It's understandable because it's worth the price, and the location is right in the city center. Hopefully, Sumi Hotel can improve.

The room on the 3rd floor is not soundproof so you can hear the voices from next door.

Maintain what's already there, especially cleanliness. It's become a second home for me. The location is very close to the mall and 24-hour dining options, so we don't have to worry about getting what we want.

very close to simpang lima semarang, easy to find, the staff was good check in/out was smooth, but for the bedroom i think its need improvement, especially for the bed sheets, towel and also the wallpaper, but overall i enjoyed stay at sumi hotel

just so-so... there are no towels and the room and bed are not very clean.... the AC is quite cold.... what is very unsatisfactory is that no one answers the phone numbers.... annoying

I got a room on the 3rd floor, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the bed smelled of cigarettes and had lots of stains, it seemed like it hadn't been replaced with a new one (when the hotel complained, they replaced it with a new one) even though I arrived at 12 midnight tired and wanted to rest straight away. I was given 1 hotel towel and it was dirty (although it didn't smell). The sound from the next room was clearly audible when someone was chatting🤦 Booking for 2 nights, 2 rooms, but we decided to only stay for 1 night, because my body was itchy and my child had a relapse of his dust allergy even though the sheets had been changed. It's a shame considering the hotel's very strategic location, close to the mall and also Simpang Lima.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, the location is strategic, but the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement: there are yellow stains on the sink, the towels don't smell good, and it seems like the pillowcases and sheets need to be replaced because the color is dull, making them look unclean. The AC is cold, but the TV broadcast is not clear, overall it's not bad.
