An unpleasant experience at check-in. Arriving at the hotel at 4 p.m., our room was supposed to be ready. We were told to wait in the lobby. Behind us was a queue of two families, but they were served first. Oddly, when we were given the key, we weren't given directions to our room, so we had to find our own. No one offered to help carry our luggage to our room. However, a friendly security guard did offer to help us carry our luggage from our car to the lobby. The room was actually nice, considering it's an older hotel, with only minor flaws: the bathtub smelled a bit like sewage, and the shower wouldn't drain when positioned on the holder because the hose was kinked. There were also minor flaws with the food; the battered fish had a slightly fishy taste, so we didn't eat it. Hopefully, this can be improved, especially at the reception. Hopefully, this can be improved to make your stay at this hotel enjoyable.
