Hotel booking here for parents. The location is very very strategic. The hotel room is big, clean enough for a hotel whose interior looks old-fashioned. Minus the elevator smells of cigarettes, the MCB panel in the room is noisy / inappropriate. And when I asked the receptionist for help to check the MCB so it wouldn't sound again, no staff came at all to the hotel room.

Comfortable, strategic, next to the mall. Recommend it.

Andalan. Strategis, nyambung ke Riau Junction, cari makan tinggal ke food court, supermarket di bawah, sekitaran banyak factory outlet. Kamar luas, murah banget. Pokoknya juara.

Loud wifi. Access is close to everywhere, wants to shop for clothes or culinary tours, it's very easy, good service. But unfortunately the parking access is very small, the parking for customers to Riau Junction should be separated from those staying at the hotel.

Okay the room and can be recommended for bringing the family because it is close to a shopping center.

I stayed on the weekend, got the price of 500 thousand / night. But everything is pathetic at that price the bathroom is not clean, towels + yellow pasa sheets, stay 2 people only get 1 toothpaste + brush. There is no soap and others, the interior also looks shabby, parking is really complicated because it's the same building as a mall🥹.

Recepsionist staff is nice, housekeeping and engineering not so good. Parking space is so small. The room is equal with the money you spend.

The rooms are nice, only the bathroom is a bit smelly, the food is delivered to the room, the service is ok.

The bathroom smells really bad. Looks like it's from the sewer. Like the smell of the sewer going up to the bathroom. If you go out, forget to close the bathroom, duh, one room smells of sewer, it's really sad.

Hotelnya strategis, kondisi kamarnya cukup baik sesuai dengan harganya, mungkin karena covid19 breakfast nya jadi tidak sebaik biasanya. Parkir mobilnya agak susah, kalo bisa ditata lebih baik.

Our family stayed 2 days at this orchid shopping hotel. Very pleasant next to the hotel there is a self-service yogya. Anyway, it's fun in the middle of the city again in a strategic place.

Room okay. Good for the price. Only for breakfast. It feels like staying in a non-star hotel. Or at the inn the breakfast menu is only given seafood fried rice (not according to expectations) the fried rice has no taste and the tea is tasteless.

Everything is good, but disappointed with the breakfast provided. Quite understanding of the pandemic situation and not being able to eat at the restaurant, but the food provided is not in accordance with the usual breakfast provided when we come to the restaurant.

My family and I have stayed at the Orchid Shooping hotel several times. In my opinion, this hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the service is satisfactory. For breakfast, I did not include it because I prefer to eat at Riau Junction which is located next to the hotel. Overall this hotel is good although 3 star but not inferior to 4 star.

Always sleep here when you go to Bandung, it's fun because it's connecting to the Riau junction. The drawback is that there is no special parking space provided in sufficient quantities for hotel guests if you bring a private car, making it very difficult, especially if the weekend or mall is crowded.

A hotel with the right location at Riau Junction, near places to eat, only the hotel needs repairs, the furniture is starting to run down.

The service is good and the hotel is right at the riau junction so it's easy to find food, the hotel needs repairs such as the bathroom and sheets are starting to get dirty, then the room smells of cigarettes even though it's a non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes comes from upstairs and enters through the exos fan.

The staff are friendly. The location is strategic, if you want to buy necessities, just go downstairs.
