My favorite hotel. The service needs to be improved. The soap hasn't been refilled yet. Towels have to be requested. It's not ready until 2 o'clock. There's a dispenser but the gallon water is paid. The kitchen equipment is incomplete.

The hotel staff is friendly, it seems there is still a shortage of staff, so it is still a bit overwhelming during the New Year holidays.

The place is comfortable, the security is friendly, we want to buy food in the future, we can borrow a motorbike, for breakfast, please pay more attention to the variety of food and the amount adjusted to the guests who are staying so that it doesn't run out quickly.

The staff is very friendly, from security to reception. Access is quite steep, so be careful when driving. The view is amazing, especially in the morning. The food tastes bland in my opinion, even though there are many variations. A little input, hopefully there will be additional swings or maybe a slide for children to play, and the kitchen area should be replaced because the cooking utensils are no longer suitable.

The view is really cool. But the food is a bit lacking

I stayed at the Quebec villa, the bedroom was full of ants, the bed had insects suspected to be fleas, the water in 2 bathrooms was not working, the electricity went out, the hot water was not working, the towels were torn and dirty, the floor was dusty, no toiletries (soap and toothbrush) were provided, the TV channels were full of ants and the sound was unclear, it was the rainy season but no umbrellas were provided from the villa to the breakfast area. Makes me regret staying here.

Comfortable, clean rooms with great views. The building is new, and the resort is still under construction. It just took a while to check in. This could be improved in the future. Thank you.

The staff is helpful and friendly. I hope the construction is completed soon, I'll be back. The food is delicious, but there's very little choice.

The room area is okay, there is no AC at night, it's just cool from nature, there is good wifi, but it's noisy in the morning because there is still construction going on. As for the restaurant, they could have more food variations, maybe the restaurant theme is different from the room or maybe the restaurant hasn't been renovated yet.

The room was comfortable, but I only got one towel, and after calling I was given two more, and the breakfast was waiting for me to cook fried rice. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
