Very pleasant stay experience and very good hotel facilities as well as delicious food service and clean rooms.

Overall it was ok, only the check-in time was really late at 3 pm, usually check-in is at 1 or 2 pm so we can take a nap after traveling from out of town, if it's already Asr prayer at 3 pm we are not allowed to sleep anymore, so that night we can't fully enjoy the atmosphere of Bogor because we are already tired.

Strategic location, lots of delicious eateries nearby. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety, and plenty of seating in the restaurant. Parking is spacious. The staff kept the rooms neat and tidy. The only downside is the room size is a bit small, and check-in is only until 3:00 PM.

I am very satisfied with the friendly service, the room is also nice and clean, the food is also varied and tastes good, worth it for the price of the room.

Hopefully the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Friendly service. Access to the basement parking and rooms is excellent thanks to the access card. Clean rooms, good sanitation, and delicious food. The swimming pool is clean. My suggestion is to get a pool view room so you can go back and forth.

Check-in was requested at 2:00 PM. We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 and quickly checked into our room. It was a quick check-in time. The hotel had a cool atmosphere, and the view from the 5th floor was great, overlooking the mountains. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

The TV is old-fashioned, the channel selection is limited and unclear.

Good location, near from exit toll gate, lots of food near area you can reach by walking distance, such as fancy cafe and resto and also lot of street food too.
