The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has easy access to everything around the hotel. The only downside is that the TVs aren't smart, only offering local channels, and the picture is poor. Perhaps the hotel could upgrade to smart TVs or Netflix in the future for a more comfortable experience.

So far so good, the atmosphere is calm, cool, but in the room it is a bit disturbed by the sound from near the cupboard, maybe the electrical area or what I don't understand.

It's always a pleasure to stay here. Some upgrades are needed, such as a TV and soundproofing to reduce outside noise.

A cozy place in the city center, close to entertainment venues, cafes, and malls. It's conveniently located just off the Bogor toll exit.

Overall, all good, but the bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed. Please pay more attention to it. Also, the room lacks fragrance and smells a bit stuffy, please add more air freshener. Thank you. Everything else is good.

Because the room faced the street, it was very noisy, and amenities, especially tissues and trash cans, were missing, so I had to ask the front desk. The pillows were thin and needed upgrading. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the toilet, in particular, needed some refurbishing. The location and breakfast were a plus, and there was a good variety.

Strategically located, close to many culinary spots within walking distance. The service and friendliness of the staff are excellent.
