We regret that we were unable to exceed Ms. Cindy's expectations by providing a late check out on the last day of your departure due to the unavailability of further rooms due to back to back room bookings for all our hotel rooms. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the unavailability when Mrs. Cindy wanted the room for late check out. Hopefully we can provide late check out in the future. As a follow-up to your input and criticism regarding unfriendly staff behavior in the front office, management will immediately review and re-review the SOP in the relevant department. We would like to thank Mrs. Cindy for her review and input to us. Behaving unfriendly or rude towards guests will certainly never be justified.
