Breakfast had quite a lot of variety, only the taste of the liwet rice and lontong was a bit salty, I stayed on the second day of Eid yesterday, breakfast was on the third day of Eid, after breakfast I went swimming but was still allowed to take food, with the condition that I was not allowed to get wet entering the breakfast room.

This hotel is a family favorite when visiting Serang. However, the more we stayed, the more disappointing and unprofessional we became. On March 23, 2026, we booked and paid for two rooms for two days, checking in at 5:00 PM WIB. However, only one room was available, and the other was made to wait. This is despite the hotel's 2:00 PM WIB check-in deadline.

1. The hotel staff are friendly and like to greet each other when they pass by. 2. Those who like the cold might feel hot, the AC is not cold enough even though it is set to 16 degrees Celsius and there are drops of AC water down onto the carpet (room 433). 3. Ordered fried rice at the restaurant, it arrived 30 minutes later. 4. Left clothes in the room, and there was no feedback from the hotel if there were any guest items left behind, even though they wrote their cellphone number when checking in. 5. Yes, it's an old hotel, some of the facilities and furniture are old and left over from the previous hotel.

I've stayed here many times because of its excellent location, which is incredibly strategic. Check-in was quick and the facilities were actually quite good. There were a few minor omissions, like the lack of a hair dryer and mini-fridge. The carpet in the room was also looking worn. But I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for one night for a short holiday, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, definitely okay for a quick getaway. Access to the hotel is easy and convenient. The service was decent and the staff were helpful enough. Breakfast had a fairly good variety, so there were enough options to choose from. However, the room was not very soundproof. During quiet time, noise from the neighboring room was quite noticeable and a bit disturbing. Also, the corridor area felt a bit dark even during the daytime, which could be improved. Overall, it’s a good hotel with comfortable rooms and convenient access, but better soundproofing and lighting would make the stay much more enjoyable

This is my second stay here. As usual, check-in was easy and fast, and the staff was friendly. This time, I booked with breakfast. I stayed during the Christmas holidays and got a price of 500,000 Rupiah, including breakfast. The breakfast menu is quite varied. If you're visiting Serang, you should definitely stay here 👍

For check-in service, please improve it so that the staff is more careful in checking room availability so that there is no more incident of downgrading the room without any compensation, it almost happened when I came to check in there, after I complained, it was finally resolved by giving me the room that I ordered. Please also improve the cleanliness of the room, especially the sheets and towels that are already looking dull, the food at breakfast also please be more varied.
