It was scary when at 3 am suddenly there was a banging sound on the door near the window and after that it was silent... it really made me not dare to stay there anymore.

Nice place, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff.

I booked a junior suite, but upon entering the room, there was no water, towels, or toiletries. The TV lost signal every 10 seconds, the Wi-Fi wouldn't work, and there was no hot water. Complaints took 4-5 hours to resolve. I don't recommend this hotel, and I'm very disappointed.

The location is strategic, close to Gedung Sate and Pusdai.

I stayed here to catch a concert at Pussenif. The staff was incredibly friendly. Although the hotel is older, it's still very clean and beautiful.

Spacious room, clean white towels, spacious bathroom, and a wide selection of delicious breakfast options. We arrived at 12 noon and a room was available, allowing us to check in.

The beds are hard and some of the staff are not very friendly.

It was very enjoyable and we have often stayed at partner hotels in Bandung.

The price is quite affordable considering it's one of the most reasonable prices during Eid. The comfort is quite good, everything is clean, and the facilities are almost complete. If I may suggest, a smoking ban should be implemented in the hallways every time you go to the rooms, as the cigarette smell takes a long time to dissipate, making it annoying. Also, upgrade the television to a smart TV if the owner has the budget.

The service is always good and satisfying.

Good food and central location

It was very comfortable to stay here.

The hotel's location is very strategic for getting everywhere, located on the roadside, close to Alfamart, Indomaret, and Gramedia. The rooms and toilets are clean and tidy, even though the building is old. I will stay here again if I have an event in Bandung. My first stay here, but it was memorable. Oh yes, I took a superior room, and the room was spacious, with a large sofa. Overall, I felt comfortable enough to stay here again.
