The first time I stayed there, I was given a room that was occupied by someone else, and it was very fatal, then the staff did not feel guilty as if it was normal, the front office team really needs to be replaced, not friendly, not smiling enough and incompetent. Then when checking out my deposit was not returned (I forgot to ask for it and the staff were silent), fortunately 3 days later I went back there to stay again and asked for my deposit to be returned (because I had already booked a round trip stay there), then my client left something in the hotel and it was not secured, aka lost without a trace (a mustache & beard trimmer) and they said it was expensive, maybe it was taken by the staff, because it is impossible for anyone to take it other than the staff and again they did not feel guilty and casually said there was nothing, sir, maybe it was lost, lol. Oh, I really regret staying there. for the restaurant, it is TOP, only the FO staff and room service need to be overhauled, otherwise be prepared to be deserted.
