The location is great, comfortable, and quiet. Unfortunately, the lounge area/gazebo near the pool needs to be improved to make it more comfortable for customers to relax. Another thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. Hopefully, in the future, the fried rice will be served hot or at least warm, and the crackers won't be soggy. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Requested a king-size bed as a lot of rooms were empty. They just gave the excuse that all rooms are occupied. Only a few couples stayed there. Breakfast on the second day was served in the room by canceling the buffet type as only we were available. Breakfast was smelly and not as per paid charges. I do not recommend having food at the hotel.

The staff is very friendly but the swimming pool and wifi facilities cannot be used, this should have been informed from the start.

The hotel staff are all very friendly. The hotel building is nice, the atmosphere is comfortable, the view from the room is beautiful. There is a balcony. The food is quite varied. There is only one drawback. The mattress needs to be replaced because it is hard and not soft. I ordered a double bed mattress but was given a single bed mattress pressed together because they said there was no double bed mattress. That's all my input, hopefully there will be improvements from the hotel.

Kamar luas dan bagus, pemandangan indah hanya saja untuk sarapannya kurang bervariasi hanya nasgor dan lontong, proteinnya hanya telur omelet. Kolam renang tidak terawat, sayang sekali.
