stayed here for about 9 days because I thought the location was okay, I already took 9 days here, what was disappointing was that I took 2 rooms, 1 was okay but 1 was flooded from the first time I entered, it was like that every day, the cleaner told me that I would report it when I got home, the room and bathroom were clean but the water was still stagnant.. my feet were wet every day.. and the sheets were never changed for 9 days, the waiting period was reported even though the sheets had been messed up, it was obvious that they weren't changed because the scent of new sheets was gone... the food was okay, it just didn't have much variety, only heavy meals were changed every day, but for snacks, it was the same every day, the cake was the same as every day, there was nothing different. I'm fed up staying here..the staff are only friendly, the females when there are males are not friendly, they ask what, they seem indifferent and stare at us like we can't afford it, even though I stayed there for 9 days and 2 rooms at an end-of-year rate that is very far from normal days, but I'm sorry the service and cleanliness are not balanced, if the price is increased, try to increase the cleanliness and quality. I'm fed up with this hotel, if not because I already booked 9 days because I brought the kids, I'm lazy to move around, especially during the rainy season and Pacet, at the end of the year, I won't stay at this hotel again another time. The rooms are not soundproof, there are guests who just checked in at night, they were in the wrong room, banging on my room.. After that, it was so noisy it was clearly audible 🤣😂
