Clean room, comfortable, nice place near from airport

I've stayed here several times and it's never disappointing. It's centrally located, has friendly staff, spacious rooms, and is reasonably priced. Some downsides include limited parking and a less-than-clean bathroom.

I actually stayed here because it was close to Santosa Hospital, but the room was really comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as I had to go back and forth between hospitals and ask for elevator access. Thank you so much 🙏

Bathroom cleanliness is important, don't let it smell bad, like something is blocked, and the bedroom and bathroom lights are lacking, the shower water pressure is not strong enough.

The bathroom smells of urine, is not very clean, the sheets are a bit dull, the bathroom is not well maintained.

Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I requested a room close to my friend's, and the staff accommodated me. The room was fairly clean, but both bathroom towels were damp, not dry like new towels. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was all quite tasty.

For resting, it's not bad, but I don't know whether this hotel was checked by the supervisor or not, because the trash can in the bathroom, which has a rusty bottom and a hole in it, is still being used, so it seems dirty.

This hotel is comfortable, close to Bandung Station, walkable, located in the city center, good for motorbikes, just a suggestion for parking, make a ticket so that motorbike parking in the basement is safe.

The sofa in the room was dirty, and asbestos ceiling debris had fallen onto it. The towels in the bathroom were no longer white. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly, or perhaps they had been washed for a long time, so they weren't white anymore. They asked for replacement towels, but the ones delivered were in the same condition. The hot water kettle also looked dirty, so I didn't dare use it at all.
