Great service, nice room (for an affordable rate) just a little less soundproof (when it rains you can still hear the rain), lots of welcome snacks and ice cream, the kids loved it. The most epic thing was we joined the Bromo sunrise trip so we couldn't have breakfast, but at 12 noon (when we had returned to the hotel from the Bromo trip) we were delivered a food box. Really the best service 👍
