The hospitality is excellent; all the staff are friendly and helpful. The resort atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful, with a beach behind the hotel. The food is delicious. The rooms are spacious. If I ever go back to Banyuwangi, I'll definitely come back here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean, despite being an older building. The showers had warm water, and the rooms were quite comfortable, simple but clean and spacious. The views were beautiful, and it was very close to the beach.

1. All staff are friendly, always greeting when meeting when in the hotel area. However, the person in charge at the egg corner during breakfast could be improved in their friendliness because they are a bit flat, not friendly enough to seem unwelcoming (sorry🙏🏻). 2. Breakfast is quite varied, there is also a typical Banyuwangi menu so it is quite interesting. 3. The room is quite clean, but maybe the interior seems a bit old. 4. Bathroom amenities are incomplete, there is no comb, sewing kit, shaving kit, considering that this hotel is already ⭐️4 or maybe it can be but only on request? 5. The swimming pool is clean, there is a pool attendant too. There is also a kids pool, interestingly the view directly to the island of Bali. 6. For first timers here, it is a bit confused whether to go to the lobby first or park first hehe because there is no one to direct you, there is only security in front of the entrance to give you the parking number. Maybe it would be better if there is a security/concierge guarding the parking area to make it easier to direct you to the lobby first to drop off your luggage or valet service.

The room is not equipped with a refrigerator, and the small television is not a smart TV.
