It was fine I guess. We got a room at the end side of the hotel. We can't have our best night here sadly.

I had a very satisfying stay at Patra Comfort Bandung. I stayed for 1 night with my husband as we had a short trip to Bandung. Even though the stay was short, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp to inform them that my husband would check in first, as the reservation was under my name. The response was quick and clear, and upon arrival, my husband was welcomed warmly and the check-in process went very smoothly with no issues at all. The room was clean and well maintained, with a lovely view of the swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden. There's smart TV, complete bathroom amenities, and for hairdryer can be requested. Hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall the room felt very comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. There were many varieties to choose from, including an Indomie stand and a live cooking station where the nasi goreng was cooked fresh on the spot. It really added a nice touch to the morning. One thing I really appreciated is that the guest room buildings are separate from the lobby area, with proper pathways that are very helpful for wheelchair users or strollers. The elevator was also clean and pleasantly scented. The WhatsApp service was consistently responsive, which made everything easier. I would like to give special thanks to Kang Rendy for helping me arrange my food that I ordered online. I requested temporary storage in the chiller, and everything was handled smoothly without me having to repeat my request. Truly great teamwork from the staff. Another big plus is the spacious parking area, which is quite rare for hotels in Bandung. Considering the price I paid, Patra Comfort is absolutely worth a 5/5 or even 10/10 rating. Highly recommended, and I will happily stay here again.

It's already good, improve the food variety

For the rooms in the old building, they are spacious, while the deluxe type in the new building is small but okay, only the hallway is full of cats that mess up the plates left by previous guests, what's wrong with that? Well, the bathroom in the deluxe premier has very small water, but for the comfort of the room, it's okay, the service is also very friendly, parking is also easy, the restaurant is also quite varied and the taste is delicious 👌

The Android TV in room 518 was prone to errors and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. Otherwise, the quality was excellent.

3D2N 3-5 Feb 2026, Room 218. Best buy for a 3 starred hotel. First impression, from outside it looked small but once you enter the parking lot you will be surprised by its actual size which is a lot bigger than what you expected. The hospitality is top notch, thanks Mas Bima dan Mbak at the frontdesk for being so helpful and friendly. All rooms are non smoking ones, my room is clean and pretty spacious, air con and shower work excellently, complete with toiletries, amenities and compliments and AIR PURIFIER, standing ovation yorobun Air purifier😍! Love banget, the building is claustrophobic friendly as it isnot that tall and a bit outdoorsy. The parking lot is big, the breakfast menu is varied, love its Soto Sadang, bubur ketan hitam( enak bangeeeeet) , cappucino, gorengan bakwan soooo tasty. Petition for making Bakwan daily just like Bubur ketan hitam. The swimming pool is clean and shady, love the ambience. The gym is Ok, but please make the surrounding a non smoking area because i saw there were some sofas nearby completed with ash trays. I believe people going to the gym because they want to be healthy and they need some healthy fresh air too. Please put No Smoking sign around the outdoor playground near the lobby. Above all, my staying here has been very satisfying and beyond my expectations, i will definitely repeat staying here and recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work, Patra Hotel.

Oh my God, the best hotel. The staff are friendly. Especially when my child had an accident when he fell in the swimming pool area, they immediately helped him and took him to the nearest hospital. The staff was really nice and careful with the guests. They also gave us fruits as an apology from the hotel even though the incident was our fault. I was touched. Basically, if I go to Bandung, I will stay here again❤

Stayed here for a trip with a large family, a comfortable hotel, located in Dago, very close if you want to shop and eat / drink around Dago. Comfortable rooms, there is a children's pool (+ warm water), easy parking and a quiet environment.. Breakfast is full of options and the menu is varied with flavors that suit our family's taste.. Maybe if the room size is a little bigger and the floor is not directly ceramic (carpeted) it will be more comfortable.. so it is an interesting hotel option if you come to Bandung again

Didn't expect from the front it looks small but when you go inside it's quite spacious, the hotel is child-friendly, the food is quite varied and tastes good, the swimming pool is child-friendly with a warm pool, the price is also affordable... so I want to come here again...
