The hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are complete and good, the environment is conducive, safe, comfortable and peaceful.

The atmosphere is calm, clean and close to the city center, the staff is also very friendly. I was there for 3 days without any disturbances, let alone anything that could be called scary, maybe because I saw a lack of enlightenment. The room is spacious, indeed there are some facilities that no longer work like the telephone, no hot water, the shower also doesn't work. But for me it's not a problem, basically for those of you who need peace, this hotel is highly recommended. 🥰

The hotel was dimly lit and spooky, with no toiletries at all. The water heater was also broken. The room was indeed spacious and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and telephone, but they didn't work. The service could be improved in the future, as the location is already quite strategic. By GrabCar, it only costs around 13,500 Rupiah to go to Kota Lama, ITC, or Kota Station.

moldy room walls, humid air, rusty bathtub. this room is really not worth selling. we asked for a room change, and the staff there said all were full. all the rooms there are like that according to the guard staff there. finally we left the hotel because there was no solution and they didn't want a refund.

The shampoo and soap are out, the TV is broken, the water heater is dead, there are lots of mosquitoes.

My intention was to get a good night's sleep before going to the harbor the next morning, but instead I couldn't sleep all night because there were so many mosquitoes. When I reported to the front, I was told to buy my own soffel. Even then, it doesn't work. The hotel should have prepared mosquito spray or an electric one.

Many facilities are damaged. The AC is leaking. The shower is broken, replaced with a bucket. The telephone is placed downstairs, it is unclear whether it works or not.
