Very very disappointing stay at this hotel. Hot water doesn't work. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Spiders. AC leaked. Sheets and pillowcases also had holes. Complained about the hot water when just checking in. Already correct. Eh, the next morning it doesn't turn on at all. Long wait but no news. Finally took a shower with cold water and had a headache. :(. KAPOK!
