The villa is really nice 😁 it's really cool, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, you don't hear much noise from cars and motorbikes, it's really nice

For a private villa at that price, the cleanliness of the private pool is really lacking, and the food is basic and has no taste.

The basic food doesn't match the price. This is very different from other accommodations in Jambi.

Very friendly service, comfortable hotel area

The atmosphere is very pleasant, like a villa in Bali. The swimming pool is generally spacious. Unfortunately, some of the cleaning service staff are rude. But not all of them, just one. But overall, it's okay for relaxing the mind.

The floor of the room I stayed in was very sticky as if it hadn't been mopped and the bathroom was a bit dirty, even though I waited for more than 1 hour to check in. It was a real shame.

As a newbie here, it was a bit difficult to get in because it's in a housing complex, but the place is nice, not like the middle of the city, it really feels like a village 🩶

I waited quite a long time to check in because the room hadn't been cleaned yet. What I saw was that the maintenance staff wasn't very quick in cleaning the room. I saw many rooms that hadn't been cleaned until the evening, even though there were quite a lot of visitors.

the hotel staff is not friendly and not responsive to help. need a lot of improvements to the room facilities especially the toilet and the floor of the room. the toilet door is broken, the toilet seat is also broken, many of the room floors are loose, and can be dangerous. there are also many ants and mosquitoes in the room. hopefully this input can be used as a consideration for improvement.
