Location is very good and central. The room is large. The hotel is very run down and needs major renovation. The room is clean, but the sofas are dirty with stain spots everywhere. I don't even want to sit on them. The bed only has 2 pillows. The shower has no divider, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. Most furniture is worn. Breakfast is basic. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel used to be a landmark in Malang. Now it needs a major renovation.

First time staying here. The location is okay, but the sheets and blankets are usually smelly in hotels, but this one looks like the blankets and pillowcases haven't been washed. Please improve. The food is all delicious. Check-in and check-out are fast. Thank you.

A hotel in the center of Malang, close to everything. It's an older hotel, so cleanliness isn't great. The food is okay, with plenty of choices and always refilled.

This is an old hotel that has undergone renovations in some aspects, but there are still many things that can be improved so that it is not half-hearted. I checked in (given early check-in 👍🙏) but less than half an hour later I left and moved. I sincerely hope they can improve because it's a shame that in a good location, the hotel has a gloomy feeling.

The most worthwhile budget hotel!! The location is very strategic, breakfast is included, and the menu is quite varied and delicious, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are all good. The swimming pool is a 5/10, hehe. Please, for that price, don't expect too much.

The hotel's ambiance is good, the rooms are clean, the service is very friendly, there's free ice cream, and the facilities are also okay. However, the food is a 7/10 in my opinion. The guys on duty seemed to be monitoring the breakfast guests too closely, which made me feel uncomfortable.

This is an older hotel, and its cleanliness needs improvement. Upon entering the room, it immediately smelled damp and musty (possibly due to the wooden furniture). The hot water in the bathroom and sink faucets worked well and kept the heat steady.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the place is comfortable, clean and makes you feel at home.
