If there were any downsides, I'd probably give them one. The hotel was filthy. There were stains everywhere. I could even hear noise from the driveway. At 5 a.m., it was still very clear that people were racing in the middle of the night. Worst of all, I stayed three nights, and each night my car got more scratches. And when I complained to security, they didn't respond. They didn't even ask why I used compound; they just looked.

The hotel may seem ordinary from the outside, but once inside, it's beautiful and Instagrammable. It's also cozy, but it's not very clean, as there was a small cockroach in the bathroom and the sheets were stained. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable there.

The staff are very helpful. Room also clean and neat, fabulous!

The best hotel for a holiday in Malang, 2 nights here is very comfortable.

The service is good for the price, and it's close to my son's boarding house. The downside is that it's too close to the main road, which allows dust to enter the room.

The room is nice and there is a swimming pool.

But honestly, the room wasn't very clean. The towels and sheets were wrinkled, either because they weren't washed properly or because they weren't changed. 4. I'd already ordered takeout breakfast the night before and asked for it to be placed in my room by 9 a.m., because I was going to Bromo. 5. The next day, I arrived at the hotel very close to checkout time, but the morning receptionist gave me until 1:30 to pack, which was very kind. 6. When I checked into my room, there wasn't any breakfast. Since I was in a rush, I let it go. I didn't feel like asking any more questions, exhausted from Bromo. 7. Sorry, I don't have a problem with it. Honestly, the service was good, but I'm just saying this for the future; hopefully, it can be improved regarding customer orders. The towels were very worn, even black. The AC wasn't cold, and the amenities didn't match the description. They said there was an iron, but in reality, there wasn't. Not worth it for 500,000 Rupiah per night. I booked 4 rooms, and another one wasn't ready right away. When I asked the staff when it would be ready, they said they didn't know.
