Just standard, I used to stay here and it felt like a really great hotel, but now it's just so-so.

The room is very comfortable. Perfect for staying with family.

The staff is friendly, thank you for the free upgrade to an executive room with a pool view. The bed is queen-sized, and the room is spacious. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast menu is delicious with lots of choices. There's also a gym so you can stay fit. The free welcome drink is a free cappuccino. Oh yeah, the simple menu is also delicious, including bangbang chicken, chicken karage, katsudon, gochujang, and teriyaki chicken. Will be back again, God willing.

Perfect for a family vacation. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and there's a mini playground for the kids. Breakfast is delicious, even though the menu is limited. The dawet porridge is the best, it's absolutely delicious.

Beyond expectations.. It turned out to be more than expected for the room.. The kids were happy, the contents were complete.. But for the food, maybe it was because of my taste.. I felt the taste was lacking.. Maybe it could be improved again.. For the kids, after breakfast, they got cotton candy too.. Thank you Gumilang..

Nice place and most importantly cheap

Everything was fine, the only downside was that the curtains were open in the middle and couldn't be closed tightly, making it uncomfortable. Otherwise, the facilities, cleanliness, and service were all fine.

This is my second staycation here. Always satisfying.

Very satisfied staying at this hotel

Check-in was fine, and we were quickly assigned a room on the second floor overlooking the pool. The room was soundproof, very clean, with clean sheets and floors. Access to the road was very easy. The hotel is located on the main road, but the soundproofing prevented traffic noise.

All the staff are friendly. The service is great. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast menu is excellent! God willing, I'll be back again.

Everything was very pleasant and satisfying. From the hotel's proximity to the city center, which was conveniently located between the mountains and the city, to the excellent service, adequate facilities, and especially the varied breakfast. Friendly staff.

The place is comfortable and the staff are friendly, for a location that is a bit far from the city center.

Please fix the bathroom, there is no door so the water floods everywhere, then the lamp next to the bed is dusty, can't watch TV, Wi-Fi lags, the sound in the next room is sometimes bad and can be heard in the room, only one slipper is given without shampoo. Even though my first experience was good, the second time I chose the executive was quite disappointed.

We happened to book a deluxe room, right in front of the pool. The location is strategic, perfect for a family vacation. Plus, the varied food makes the kids even happier. We wish Hotel Gumilang Bandung continued success.
