The hotel room is spacious, very close to MOG, and the food variety is plentiful and clean too.

I've been a regular at this hotel since it first opened. All facilities are always ok, but yesterday I was disappointed, the staff members who cleaned the room on the 2nd day were not clean, not swept everything, there was still trash scattered under the table. Disappointed with the breakfast too, it felt really lacking. Stayed 2 nights, finally no longer in the mood to eat on the 2nd day. The breakfast menu is really different, it's not as varied as before. The menu is fried curry rice has no taste, snapper pesmol is not fresh, sour vegetables have no taste, stir-fried tempeh is not tasty, fried tofu + tempeh is just ordinary. There are fried sausages, why are they hidden? Really surprised, even though they were always displayed before. It feels like a star hotel breakfast.

My regular when I go to Malang: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, next to the mall, friendly staff, and clean. The only downside is the parking is limited when the hotel is busy, and the breakfast menu is not very varied.

Everyone is friendly, the hotel is only 5 steps from MOG, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious and the staff packed my friend's food rations because my friend worked too early and didn't have time for breakfast. Not all hotels allow food to be taken out of the restaurant if we don't come ourselves for breakfast. I like it. And the room is very comfortable and spacious. I recommend it 👌 I will come back here if I come to Malang

Nice room, strategic location in the city center next to the mall

A very strategic hotel close to the mall, the staff are friendly when checking in and checking out, you don't have to wait long, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel rooms are very good, the food for breakfast is also varied and delicious.

The room was spacious and the price is good. Breakfast is okay, needs more various food. They provide for long term stay, e.g 14 days up. Also, the best is location. Their hotel building and mall are next to each other. So, you can go to hotel basement and walk directly to hotel or your can go from the hotel's lobby to the mall. The mall's name is MOG. As this story written, this is very crowded mall especially in Saturday and Sunday. So, if you are a "mall person", then staying here is good. Also, if you bring kids, you easily can go to the mall's food court to purchase food in there. There is supermarket as well.
