Strategic location, integrated with the mall, the rooms are okay, the staff are friendly, the swimming pool is really big and clean, the breakfast is quite tasty but lacks variety, the menu for my 12 year old child costs 60k, which is quite cheap.

It's actually comfortable and I've been here a few times, but yesterday I got a room with a problem with the AC not being cold enough, and Cirebon was really hot.

Spacious hotel, very strategic next to the mall, complete facilities, delicious food.

The hospitality is okay, the cleanliness is okay, it's not noisy either. But it seems the lighting is too dim, even the light near the entrance often flickers. The bathroom lights are also too dark, so it doesn't give a luxurious impression, but instead makes it a bit creepy 😅. Maybe in the future, there could be several optional lights for sleeping or for normal activities. Because I also apply makeup, it doesn't blend well because the lights are too dark.

So far, the service is friendly, but the breakfast, mini bread is not fresh, the soup always runs out of filling or toppings.

Services is good, but the parking area is limited.

In terms of cleanliness, it's good and well-maintained, even though the hotel isn't exactly new. The food variety could probably be improved. But if you're in Cirebon, you'll always go to Grage.

The hotel is located in the same area as the Grage Mall, so you can find food at the mall and also enjoy some sightseeing. The swimming pool is also clean and has a depth of up to 1.8 meters.

I had no tissues in the box and requested tissues to the receptionist two times, but still no one came to my room.

I don't know how many times I've come back, it's kids friendly, the staff are friendly, and it's clean.

Getting a cheap price and breakfast is truly satisfying. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

overall ok for a sraycation with family...maybe the input is that the restaurant's menu options are not many and the taste is not that strong for each menu.. there is no salad and the fruits are not complete the main menu also lacks variety and lacks flavor

Great location, connected to the mall. The room was large, the bathroom spacious, and the bed comfortable but very outdated. The sheets, pillowcases, blanket, and towels were faded, and the room wasn't soundproof, making it very noisy. Voices from the next room, the karaoke room, and upstairs were clearly audible. Luckily, we were tired from the traffic jam so we fell asleep quickly. Breakfast lacked variety. The staff was accommodating; we asked for extra towels, and they provided them. Thank you.
