The hotel staff were very friendly, from the receptionist, bellboy, security guard, and others. The rooms and hotel environment were very clean. My best experience on this trip to Salatiga was staying at Grand Wahid. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Salatiga. Keep up the good work, Grand Wahid 🫡

Everything is fine, except for one thing: they still use carpet. Many people today are uncomfortable with carpet in hallways and bedrooms. Carpets are more likely to harbor mites, dirt, and other things than uncarpeted floors.

A very strategic hotel, close to Pasar Raya, legendary culinary delights, cafes, and minimarkets, just a short walk away. Excellent service, fast check-in/check-out with no deposit required, comfortable and spacious rooms. Parking is limited, but valet parking is available, so you don't have to worry about parking. Next time I return to Salatiga, I'll definitely stay at the Grand Wahid Hotel 👍

Departing from Jakarta and arriving at the location around 11 pm, coincidentally, the non-smoking rooms with windows were sold out, so we got a room without a view outside the room, but in principle it was not a problem because the intention was to sleep in the hotel, not to see the view outside the hotel :)

I always enjoy staying at the Grand Wahid Hotel. Unfortunately, there's no bottled water dispenser outside the room. So, you have to order and purchase it outside the hotel.

The staff is very helpful and friendly from the front office to the restaurant staff, the executive room has a nice mountain view, the space makes you feel spacious, everything is clean, the swimming pool is cool for the kids because even during the day it is still shady with clean bathrooms/changing rooms and hot water that works well, the breakfast menu is quite varied and the taste is quite good. If I go to Salatiga, I will stay here again

Great location, easy to find food nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower. Requested a pool view, and it was provided. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is perfect for families because it has a swimming pool with a slide. All the staff are friendly, always greeting us when we pass. Thank you, Grand Wahid. May it continue to be successful and popular.

The hotel room is spacious enough for families, close access to markets and culinary centers, the staff provides quite good service regarding customer requests, the breakfast rate policy for children aged 5 years should be reviewed, it is recommended that an additional breakfast rate be charged to children aged 11 years and above because under that age the portion of food is not too much
