The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in.

When we arrived, it was already raining heavily and flooded. The distance from the lobby to the room building was far, but the hotel receptionist didn't offer to escort us to avoid getting our pants wet. The room was fine, but the air conditioning wasn't cold, and the lock often wouldn't open.

Impressed with the service, all staff are friendly, beds are clean... Please note that the drinking water heater is kept clean and the toilet seat must be kept clean.

never come to this hotel back, entered 2 rooms and greeted by cockroaches both door handle was broken, door key difficult to open (even housekeeper have difficulty opening the door) overall the hotel have poor of cleanliness

Fast check-in & out service

The road to the room seemed scary, the condition of the bathroom: the bathtub was dirty, the toilet was blue, maybe the prostex was forgotten to be rinsed.

Last time I went to Karlita Hotel was in 2018, now (2025) I'm going there again, it feels nostalgic, the comfort is still the same, even more comfortable, highly recommended if you want to stay around Tegal, hotel service 💯

For TV, it's better to use an STB so the broadcast is clearer.

The superior class room is good, clean, the food is delicious and great... only one thing... the door is really hard to open... maybe tomorrow they will use a system that sticks and opens straight away.

For room 267 in the new building, the water heater for the coffee/tea maker is broken. Please replace it and check it frequently in each room.

It was pleasant and comfortable to stay at Hotel Karlita

Overall it's good, but the AC isn't cold enough even though it's set to the lowest temperature and the fan speed to the highest.
