1. the room is dusty, like never cleaned. 2. minimal lighting. 3. the cupboard is very dirty, dusty and smelly. 4. the bathroom is dirty, the bathtub is leaking and dirty. 5. not provided toothbrush and soap. 6. dusty mattress, and many stains on the bed sheet. 7. The blanket is dirty and smelly. 8. The balcony is very dirty. Like never cleaned. 9. at check-in there is no reception, even though it is Saturday at 12 noon, there is only security and cleaning service 10. At check-out there are absolutely no staff. I waited for +20 minutes until the security guard arrived
