Room lights off. Promise to be replaced. Then no one came. Until he came back to the receptionist to ask for a replacement. Still not replaced. So dark. The elevator also doesn't work so take the stairs to the 3rd floor. No soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. Dirty floor. There is also no ac remote. The mattress is about to break.

WL. According to me. This hotel is very nice. Located in the middle of the city. Very close to Ramayana and Duta Mall Banjarmasin. Affordable prices. Clean rooms, cold AC facilities, clear TV. Clean toilets are not clogged. Smooth water, smooth shower.

The hotel is rotten, never cleaned, dust is everywhere, many lights are off, the bathroom is dirty, the curtains are rotten. It's really bad that there is no cleanliness at all.

I pay for 3 nights, I stay just 1 night, and get lost, room so dirty, noise, so disappointed

The room was really dirty, from the floor the mattress was too, the lights were not bright enough.

Yesterday when staying here the room was full and continued to be transferred to a charisma hotel, wow, not really, the bathroom was makeshift, the toilet was clogged, could not be flushed, the AC was not cold.

When check-in was said to be full, it was diverted to another hotel even though the Traveloka Site was available and the referral hotel did not match expectations the hotel was not clean so immediately checked out right away and moved to find another hotel that was cleaner.

Booking there but moving to another hotel.
