I've stayed at the Tilamas Hotel several times in Surabaya. One notable experience is that check-in must be made by 2:00 PM WIB. My last experience here was when I checked in at 2:00 PM, but my towels weren't ready and weren't delivered until 3:00 PM WIB. Overall, it's been good, and I really enjoyed it.

The room was cool, but the sheets probably had fake nails from the previous occupant on them. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. The night receptionist (female) seemed to be in a very formal position, welcoming guests. The parking lot is spacious, though.

Location is near the airport, the room floor is sticky, the pillowcases smell a bit, the bathroom is clean, the water is flowing, the deposit is 100 thousand, when you check out you can take the deposit

The room was quite large, with parking in front of the room. The hot water worked and was strong. The TV was Android. The soap was too runny and the shampoo was limited. The receptionist was unfriendly.
