The staff is not friendly, not at the reception, at the breakfast area, I had trouble carrying a plate and couldn't open the door, the staff pretended to be busy, even though there was no one there at all. There was also soap in the room from the moment I entered the room, there wasn't even any for cleaning after pooping, the soap didn't drip, even though I pressed it several times, nothing dripped, my family and I ended up taking a shower using facial wash. Breakfast food too, was only a la carte, only fried rice, my child is still small and can't eat fried rice, so I brought the bread that I uploaded, it's true that you're not allowed to bring food, but there really wasn't any food, at least white rice, so if there are small children who can't eat fried rice, they can be gently teased. This hotel is really bad, it's a 0 star, this is the first time I've been to a hotel, everything is really lacking, nothing is better.

We went out that night, but it wasn't even for 1.5 hours. When we returned to the room, we saw small cockroaches crawling around on the floor. My husband immediately tried turning them off one by one. He couldn't sleep well that night because he was worried. The AC also dripped a little water.
