Overall, it's comfortable, but perhaps the room needs to be cleaned before guests check in. The windows in the room are still dusty. The staff are nice and polite, but there aren't enough security guards. If you use Grab, you can't enter the lobby to pick up your driver when you leave; you have to walk to the outside gate. The Wi-Fi is very slow.

Nice place, close to the airport, nice food (I order Rawon). The room is ok, too. I recommend to stay at Hotel Utami again when transiting in Surabaya.

The room is very big, spacious, but the amenities are incomplete. There are no glasses and thermoses of hot water, no tea or coffee sachets. A big hotel like Utami Hotel should be provided.

Very pleasant. The room is spacious and clean. Even can upgrade the upper type room without additional cost. My family and I took 2 rooms. The children are also satisfied. Ready to stay overnight again. 👍.
