My experience staying on the 6th floor was unstable shower pressure (sometimes normal, sometimes very slow), and the toilet flush was sometimes broken, sometimes fine. Overall, it was quite comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good, and the staff were friendly.

The room is comfortable but some staff are a bit noisy in the corridor, talking loudly and laughing, so it's a bit disturbing when you want to be quiet, if it's occasional it might not be a problem, but it's quite long so it's disturbing. The water heater is good, the bidet is not so good, the water is strong but the volume is small and there are branches.
