I see in the reviews on maps this hotel has good service, but why is it different from me. Honestly, this hotel has very very bad service. During this time I changed hotels, in this hotel the service was the worst. For the guys at the receptionist who are on night duty on May 13, 2022, why are you so curt? Speak in an unpleasant tone of voice? Can't be polite with guests? I paid for it at this hotel. The chronology is that I came to this hotel at 23.00, I booked from the apk & I gave a note that I would check in at 11. I didn't know that there was a curfew for the parking gate at this hotel because I was in a hurry to go solo with a trip about 2 hours & didn't have time to find out. From the beginning I checked this & gave my identity, it really seemed like I had no intention of welcoming guests. I came without being greeted, asking for a 50k deposit with a curt tone, a cynical look, and what made me the most emotional was when I left the hotel for a while to look for food & returned to the hotel, these guys shouted at me because the gate was already locked. keys & I parked on the shoulder of the road. Really very very disappointing. In stark contrast to the men who were on duty during the day when I checked out, he was very much more friendly. I beg of the hotel to reprimand the masons who are on night vigil on May 13, 2022, so as not to repeat an incident like this again. If indeed there is an error on the part of the guest, it would be nice to be well informed & remain friendly.
