The hotel facilities are quite complete for that price, the rooms are spacious and clean.

The ambience is okay, it's just a bit spooky when I was knocked on the bathroom on the first day, the place is quiet and calm, just lacking maintenance, the pool is also always closed every time I want to swim during the day/morning

The swimming pool is very clean and save. But the atmosphere of the room is like a boarding house, not soundproof, very noisy coming in. But with the promo price, it's worth it. The service of receiving guests is surprising when asked who are you looking for, Miss? I was surprised hahahahha

The receptionist is friendly. Only the room is old. Poorly maintained toilets. There is no bench in the room which is big enough. But a very strategic position, lots of delicious and cheap food. For a low budget hotel, it's quite worth it.

It’s a cheap hotel but surprisingly,it’s clean. They don’t serve food in the hotel but there are a lot of warungs (restaurants) outside the hotel and they are chead. It’s near convenience store,drugstore,atm,fruit stands,etc. perfect for a low budget travelling

If you really stay at this hotel if it's okay. Just a different price for a family room with a normal one is not much more expensive than a standard one compared to other 3 star hotels.

The cleanliness of the room is lacking, right when you get a room that has a lot of termites in the drawer, creeps it up, it's also quiet and scary. But the service is okay. When complaining there are termites directly transferred to another room.

Pretty good service, only had time to move rooms because there are termites and musty smell. But after moving rooms, okay.

The hot water is only for a while, the parking lot is less extensive so if there is a car that is crushed by a car we have to take our car out.
