Access to the inn is difficult to get in by car so you have to walk to the front without carrying your stuff 😭

A dirty and many black mold, different with the pictures, I have to check out immediately and looking for another hotel for my own healthiness and belonging.

The atmosphere is not comfortable. The sheets, blankets, curtains are already dull, the room, bathroom, and kitchen are not okay.

Location in an alley. The atmosphere is not comfortable for me, the sheets, blankets (dirty) and the condition of the room are shabby, the wardrobe, the kitchen is not functioning.

Sorry, for the progress of Bahana Guest House, hopefully it can be considered and improved again in all aspects. At least the room is painted and repaired. The room is damp and the floor is sticky when stepped on while there are no sandals. And also in the bathroom the faucet does not work properly. The door cannot be closed tightly. The curtains are very dirty, the white color makes it very visible how dirty it is. Please repair it again 🙏 hopefully in the future it can prioritize the comfort of visitors.

The hotel staff is friendly, the environment is clean, the only downside is the noise of the planes is too loud.

The room is damp, moldy on the walls and bathroom ceiling, amenities (soap and shampoo) are not provided, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very lacking, the toilet hole is dirty, the area near the bathroom is also dirty. Please improve the cleanliness. The breakfast is not bad.

Area Close to everywhere to Bandra only 10 minutes, to Kuta only 10 minutes. for facilities try to improve again, wifi does not reach Ats's room 🤨 but it's ok for that price

It's only natural that for that price in Bali, you get a damp room, a leaky tap, when you take a shower you find worms on your body, the wall paint is dirty, it looks like a slum, the outside is nice.

Fooled by the photos and reviews, the room I got was not the same as the one in the photo, but the room was dirty and the air conditioner was hot. The intention was to find a place to stay near the airport because it was for transit, but it turned out to be a dud.

Good, not too far from the airport if you're going anywhere

Hopefully the room and bathroom can be better so it's not stuffy.

Please improve the facilities, especially the cleanliness of the rooms so that they are not damp and comfortable for resting.

the location is close to the souvenir center so just walk. the room is spacious with a kitchen in the back and there is an area for drying clothes. hopefully in the future the paint and others can be improved, so that customers can feel at home in the room
