The place is nice, I happened to get a rather dirty room, there were centipedes on the bed wall, thank God they didn't touch the kids, the bathroom had mold, and lots of gecko poop. The toilet flush was broken, so I had to replace it. There wasn't much hot water, so if I wanted to soak, I had to wait a few hours for the pool to fill up. The curtains were washed, they were really dirty. Netflix didn't work. The room paint was dull. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but it seems like the cleaning was lacking. I asked for a clean one because I wanted to review the hotel, so I'd pay more attention to cleanliness.

The breakfast, while not a buffet, was delicious. The soto, fried rice, and mie nyemek were all delicious and memorable. Unfortunately, there were no chairs in the room, so it was a bit confusing to find a place to sit for room service.

The rooms here are unique and have a different atmosphere from most other accommodations.

I stayed for two nights. I planned to try the restaurant on the last night. It turned out there were a lot of mosquitoes because it was outdoors and surrounded by plants and trees. So, I ended up having room service. The food was delicious.

A peaceful accommodation, even though each room doesn't have air conditioning, it's still cool, and even at night, the rooms feel chilly. The best part is that this place is now pet-friendly. The staff is friendly, and complaints are quickly addressed. I'll be back again for the Daun Rontok room, which is truly comfortable and clean. For those who want to bring pets, please keep them clean and always use diapers. Thank you, Imah Seniman 🙏

Dirty!!!! Lots of ants. Dirty. Two of my assistants were surrounded and bitten by ants all over their bodies. The items are unhygienic. I just want a refund.

I'll miss staying here again. For those who want a peaceful atmosphere without the noise of vehicle horns, this place is perfect for resting.

The atmosphere is nice, natural and rural. The downside is the service and facilities. The receptionist and bellboy were rude and didn't help much. They seemed lazy. The room walls were dirty and damaged and hadn't been repaired. The room lacked a wardrobe, mirror, or drawers like most hotels. The Wi-Fi was also intermittent. The price is quite expensive for such poor service and facilities. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place is cool, lots of trees and lots of water flow so the atmosphere is like in the countryside, the place is very cool and not humid, really like the atmosphere... The room does not have AC because it is naturally cold, it is better to bring a jacket/sweater so you don't get cold. We stayed in a new executive room where there is a bathroom downstairs, there are no stairs to go up and down so it is not very friendly for elderly people who have limited mobility. Hot water is only for bathing, while the sink water is very cold, suggest that the sink faucet also be provided with hot water...

I really enjoyed staying here, it's perfect for chilling out, the atmosphere is also perfect for healing. I'm really satisfied.

The hotel felt peaceful upon first arrival, but upon entering the room, I was shocked by the poorly maintained bathroom, even though the price wasn't cheap, exceeding 1 million rupiah per night. The bathroom flooring could be replaced to make guests more comfortable. At breakfast, the menu wasn't varied, and we only got stale rice and noodles, even though that was the only main course. It's truly disrespectful to guests; stale food isn't fit for consumption in the morning. Perhaps people need breakfast, especially when the hotel is far from food stalls. This is the first time I've stayed here and had a stale breakfast, even though I've traveled around the country and abroad. It's truly unacceptable.

Upon arrival, the staff was quite helpful because after checking in I was asked to wait for another officer to accompany me, but after 5 minutes there was no one, finally the receptionist did. The atmosphere around the room was good, but unfortunately the bathtub was dirty. When filled there were insects and twig dirt. First after filling it halfway I drained it and then refilled it, but there was still more even after refilling the water 3 times it was still there, in the end I didn't use it. Breakfast in my opinion all the food was a bit sweet so I didn't enjoy it and also lacked variety. Maybe it could be input for the future because it is on the list of resorts if I go to Bandung again. Oh yes and also there are many pools, maybe they could pay more attention to the cleaning schedule because it looks less attractive if it is so dirty.

The place is comfortable, the air is fresh. In the mornings, the air is cool and chilly. The accommodation area is nice, though some areas could use some cleaning and maintenance.
