Hotel was not bad but not good. The rooms had windows that could not properly close, so the room was still too hot. Also, there was loud music outside most nights and you could hear it as if you were at the place. Cleaning was not great, constant bugs in the room, and they only cleaned once in a 4-night stay. Very close to everything in Central Bogor, so I was happy with the location, but apart from that, nothing was very good about the room.

The hotel staff was very helpful. A complaint about a hot room was immediately addressed. A complaint about a kettle was promptly replaced. My suggestion to the owner is to refurbish the hotel; it's too old. It could be painted. The price isn't that cheap, either.

The AC is not cold, the mattress and the cot are different, the size of the cot makes noise. It's just okay in the middle of the city, easy to get everywhere, close to the bus terminal.

Friendly staff, location close to the city center. Mineral water, coffee, sugar, and tea are provided. Towels, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes are provided. Note: The AC is a bit noisy. The room is very dusty. The chair is broken, but is the upholstery still in the room? The room smells musty. The bathroom toilet is dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is old. When we checked into our room on the 5th floor, the upstairs room still had a leak. The room was spacious, but the atmosphere wasn't great. I checked out as soon as I walked in.

Room 307 smells of cigarettes, the sheets are not very clean, there is no water heater and there are room renovations that are not yet finished, hopefully it will be better in the future.
