The staff was friendly, but the room smelled musty, salty, and dirty. Checked in at 3:00 PM, checked out at 4 AM because I couldn't sleep. It felt uncomfortable.

The room was on the 3rd floor but there was no elevator, the room was a bit smelly and no towels were provided.

The hotel room's roof leaked, and if you patch it up, it leaked again. The bathroom also had no shower head, only a stainless steel pipe hose hanging down, making it difficult to take a shower. There was no TV either. Even though I booked a complete room, I was given a very inadequate one. The food was very bland, like the food I was given yesterday. The cleaning area was very dirty. The staff just barged in even though someone was in the room, it had happened 3 times, without knocking first, they didn't understand the staff's SOP. The area lights were very dim, as if they weren't maintained.

I got the top room, a former storage room. The walls were damp, making it unpleasant to breathe. The room was clean, though. The water for bathing couldn't reach all the way up, so when I soaped myself, the water suddenly stopped flowing.

The water in the bathroom was incredibly salty, even for bathing and brushing teeth. I ended up using bottled mineral water. The receptionist was hard to find in the morning. On check-out day, we wanted to leave for a short time at 8 a.m., but we were told that if we weren't back by 12 noon, we could take our luggage out. But when we returned at 9 a.m., our luggage had already been taken out. The reason was that we were going to use the room, but it wasn't check-out time yet. It seemed like we weren't going to stay there anymore.

If possible, improve the water supply so it doesn't run out so often.

The AC wasn't cold, the night light was off, the toilet flush couldn't be used, there was quite a lot of sand scattered on the mattress, I asked for the room to be cleaned on the 2nd day but no action was taken, housekeeping suddenly entered the room while there were still people there, thinking they had already checked out?

The room was extremely dirty, the sheets and pillowcases hadn't been changed, and it was dirty, smelly, and filthy. I won't be staying here again.

Very bad, when you first enter the lobby it smells, access to the room is very dirty, the room smells, the AC is hot, there are no towels even though it has been confirmed.

The door couldn't be locked so I just made do with whatever I had there, even though it couldn't be opened from the outside, because I was on vacation with my friend who was also a girl, it was a bit scary, the staff had to enter through the window because the room key couldn't be used to open the door when guests were from outside. Between the wooden doors, you could also clearly see from outside and inside. There were insects in the bathroom. The floor was super dirty, the hallway to the room was also very dirty. The towels weren't arranged neatly so I was afraid to use them. The room window couldn't be locked. The front desk was often empty. Mineral water was only prepared when we checked in (9 PM). The room didn't seem to be prepared at all.

My experience staying at this hotel was less than pleasant, as the price increased significantly during the holiday period. When I checked in, my room wasn't ready, even though I arrived at 3:00 PM. When I was shown to my room, it was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Room service was quite good: water, tea and coffee, a shower, hot water, limited TV channels, and a fairly clean room. Outside the room, like the restaurant, the food was quite varied at breakfast. The swimming pool wasn't very clean but still usable. Overall, if there were 5 stars, I would give it 4. Thank you.

The staff on duty when I checked in was very unfriendly. The room I stayed in had cockroaches, and the floor was greasy, as if it had never been mopped. There were many small insects in the bathroom. The bottled water in my room was not refilled until the night before I checked out.
