Friendly service, nice view and spacious parking

Got the price of 380 thousand, it does look like an old hotel but I think it's still quite comfortable. The staff is also friendly. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the water is smooth, there is hot water, you get toiletries, unfortunately there is no toilet paper. The AC is cold, the bed is soft and clean. Didn't get a pool view room but got a room facing the front road, it's quite good to see the view and the main road, there are often meatballs passing by so you can hear it if you want to eat. The location is strategic, you can walk out to the stalls, there are chicken noodles, Dkriuk, and food stalls. The swimming pool is clean, spacious and well-maintained. I booked a room with breakfast, because it was a weekday so there was no buffet. Got a menu of fried rice with fried eggs, toast, watermelon, you can request tea or coffee. In terms of taste, hopefully it can be improved again. Overall nice, according to the price.

Ask for a room on the 1st floor, directly in front of the swimming pool.

The location is okay, the place is decent but the breakfast is awful... In the morning you are given raw chili sauce, the watermelon is raw, and the food variety is very limited, if you want, it's better to just stay overnight without breakfast, guys.

The staff was friendly, able to explain the routes to the tourist areas, and we got a balcony room with a view of the pool and mountains. Hopefully, we can stay here again sometime. Thank you.

I booked a deluxe room, the result was I ordered a single bed but was given a twin bed because the single bed was full. Then the shower was too small the water came out, on the first day I moved in, only the hot water came out very hot, meaning it couldn't be used for bathing and the water flow was also small, as a result I reported it to the staff and after checking it turned out there was a blockage in the cold water tap hole. After being repaired, I could take a shower but the water flow was still small and the room was not soundproof, the room was close to the highway so it was very noisy from the sound of cars and motorbikes.

My first time staying here was during the holiday season and all the hotels were full. I found the Augusta Garut Hotel and got the last room, the one at the bottom of the stairs, because all the other rooms were full. The hotel is an older building, but it's well-maintained, and the staff are friendly.

The room is quite big and quite clean... The air is quite fresh and the parking is spacious.

Augusta in my mind would definitely be "B", but when I entered the room, the room was spacious, the bed was good, especially the breakfast was really delicious, varied, very satisfied, for the price we paid, it was extraordinary, thank you Augusta Garut, always be successful...

All the staff from the receptionist to the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful… The location is close to everywhere and easy to find.
