All are good, but there are some cockroaches in the bathroom.

The hotel staff was friendly and prompt with check-in and check-out. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was tidy and comfortable, and I especially liked the eco-friendly slippers and toothbrushes. Another plus is the strategic location, which offers easy access to everything, and numerous malls and culinary options nearby.

1. We came to check in, but they said the system was loading, we waited a long time, it was still okay. 2. But after checking in for a long time wanting to rest, we entered the room there were lots of cockroaches, but small cockroaches, in room 1, in the toilet 5 on the streets, we finally complained and asked to move rooms, fortunately we were moved to the 3rd floor. 3. After moving to the 3rd floor, my husband and I's room was clean even though we met another small cockroach and ended up stepping on it with my shoes. But my husband's room AC wasn't working properly, but the AC in my room was working fine. 4. After coming home from walking around Blok M, this hotel is close to Blok M, yes, met a small cockroach in the elevator. 5. When sleeping in my husband's room the noise of the AC machine outside finally disturbed his sleep. 6. Breakfast is delicious and varied. 7. The bathroom has strong water, it's nice and the hot water works very well. 8. Soap, shampoo, and hand soap are provided, but slippers are only provided in my husband's room, and even then there is only 1, not 2, while in my room there are no slippers and even one toothbrush is provided, while in my husband's room there are 2. 9. The hotel is old, hopefully it will be repaired slowly. Hopefully this input and complaint can make the Amaris Hotel even better in the future, thank you 🙏🏻

Amaris Hotel is always my first choice when traveling because it is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the food is delicious and varied, recommended.

Friendly staff, strategic location, close to the viral Blok M

The location is truly very strategic near Blok M, but with the current condition of the room not being soundproof, I suggest that those who want to check in on Saturday night reconsider because every early morning the sound of 4-cylinder motorbikes on night rides is really loud, reaching into the room.

I booked non-smoking room for two nights, unfortunately I got smooking room on the fistt night. When I asked for change to non-smoking room, the rooms all fully occupied. However, I got non-smoking room on the second night. Overall, it is an excellent hotel. Worth for the money

Poor soundproofing, with some street noise on weekends. However, the hotel's strategic location is a plus. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Uncomfortable environment, noisy near the highway 24 hours a day, lots of vehicle noise. As the night goes on, there are even more sounds of illegal racing. The sound of the MRT train passing by is quite noisy. The condition of the room is quite worrying compared to Amaris in general, the furniture is old-fashioned, many are damaged and worn, the walls are moldy and dirty, positioned above the headboard, the toilet is dark, poorly lit, the exhaust fan is old and makes a loud squeaking noise when it is on. The advantage is that it includes breakfast, but the downside is that there are not enough seats in the restaurant, I have already taken food so I have to wait for an empty seat or go back to the room to eat. The variety of food is quite good but the taste is lacking. The staff service is quite good, no problems, what really needs to be improved and repaired are the facilities of the Amaris hotel and restaurant.
