Poor soundproofing, with some street noise on weekends. However, the hotel's strategic location is a plus. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Uncomfortable environment, noisy near the highway 24 hours a day, lots of vehicle noise. As the night goes on, there are even more sounds of illegal racing. The sound of the MRT train passing by is quite noisy. The condition of the room is quite worrying compared to Amaris in general, the furniture is old-fashioned, many are damaged and worn, the walls are moldy and dirty, positioned above the headboard, the toilet is dark, poorly lit, the exhaust fan is old and makes a loud squeaking noise when it is on. The advantage is that it includes breakfast, but the downside is that there are not enough seats in the restaurant, I have already taken food so I have to wait for an empty seat or go back to the room to eat. The variety of food is quite good but the taste is lacking. The staff service is quite good, no problems, what really needs to be improved and repaired are the facilities of the Amaris hotel and restaurant.

A simple but clean hotel. Check-in was in the evening and check-out was in the morning, as I was simply looking for a place to sleep before returning to Bandung in the morning. The food was simple but delicious.

Everything was great, the service was good, and the food was delicious. The only downside was the long check-in time. Yesterday, I had to wait 30 minutes even though I arrived past 2 pm. Also, the room had an unpleasant odor every time I checked in from outside. Maybe this can be a suggestion for the future, thank you :)

really near from Blok M, one good point. Another one is breakfast. But need more improvement for cleanliness especially at bedroom. i found some small insects but i can handle it.

Don't take a room on the first floor. You won't be able to sleep soundly because there are lots of motorbikes revving at full speed and their exhausts are so loud that you wake up several times and don't sleep well. The room isn't soundproof. There are also lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom. The trash can isn't big enough, and the amenities aren't complete.

Very strategic, just a few hundred meters from the Blok M terminal, the MRT station, and Blok M Mall—all top-notch. The service, cleanliness, and amenities in the rooms are also excellent.

Friendly staff, the first day I got a room on the 1st floor facing Jl. Panglima Polim, it was very noisy because it was almost parallel to the MRT tracks, the driver's voice was annoying. Finally, I asked to move to a room a bit behind but close to Jl. Sungai Samba I've. It's more comfortable and bright during the day. Only the bathroom still found small cockroaches, but after I complained, the staff immediately provided insect cleaning fluid. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I was surprised there was a discount of Rp. 30,000 without any explanation for what. I extended my stay for 1 day until August 14th but only used the room until August 13th at 9 pm because my flight was in the middle of the night. The location is very strategic, close to Blok. M Plaza and the MRT station.
