Hi Sis, thank you for taking the time to write valuable feedback for us to improve. I apologize for the unpleasant experience during your stay with us. My team and I have checked and replaced the bed protector on the mattress you mentioned, and for the 1st floor area we have sprayed the garden to control mosquitoes, due to the risk of leaving the room window open for too long. We need to inform you that all of our rooms do not use air conditioning, considering the temperature ranges from 14-21 degrees which is already very cool, but all of our rooms are equipped with exhaust fans so that the air circulation in the room remains healthy.
