Strategic location, close to the mall and restaurants. The hotel is also kept clean, so I highly recommend it. This is my second time here.

I stayed at the Royal Hotel penthouse. There were three rooms in one room, but each bathroom was dirty, as if it had never been occupied, from the toilet to the bathroom itself. The room smelled very bad, dirty, and there were no toiletries, no hairdryer, no soap, or shampoo. Some of the TVs were not working or were broken, and the air conditioners were broken and had to be repaired until 2:00 a.m. We stayed at the hotel with the intention of resting, but because the rooms were uncomfortable, we were so disturbed that we couldn't sleep until dawn. The food was mediocre and had little variety. Despite this incident, there were no compliments from the hotel. We always stay at other hotels, unlike this, a lodging that is not suitable. Terrible, don't stay at the Royal Hotel Bogor again...

A very comfortable hotel, close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and several restaurants. Access is good, with numerous public transportation options and a close proximity to the train station. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a clean pool with mountain views. I'd definitely return if I ever come back to Bogor.

The soundproofing isn't good, you can hear your neighbors. The elevator takes a long time to get up, so you end up using the emergency stairs. But the room is huge. It's also very close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens.

The staff is friendly, but could use further training to provide a more enjoyable guest experience, especially the F&B staff and security. We were pleased with the decent-sized rooms here.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Bogor's culinary center on Jalan Suryakencana and its surroundings. Cleanliness in the hotel area needs to be improved, especially in the hotel rooms and bathrooms. Staff friendliness also needs to be improved. Hotel room facilities such as showers, sinks, toilets, and hot water all function very well, only cleanliness needs to be improved. The hotel's facade is a classic, temporary style. When night falls, the lighting on each hotel room (balcony) adds a calm and romantic impression and atmosphere. The restaurant and swimming pool view directly face the beautiful view of Mount Salak.
