The location is far from places to eat and there is only Alfa Express whose selling price is 2 times more expensive than the normal price. Hotel service is also not friendly. My experience while staying at the hotel was very pleasant, the atmosphere was cool. It only needs to be taught to employees how to serve guests properly & correctly. Equipment in the hotel room also needs attention.

Lift tidak nyala, lobby pengap, bau rokok semua ruangan, kotor, interior kamar pada rusak, AC kamar bau, bed side light mati, bed sheet kotor bernoda dan warna kuning, wifi poor connection, telepon kamar gak bisa dipakai untuk nelepon ke reception tapi aneh kalau reception nelepon ke kamar bisa, bantal sudah tidak layak, not recommended.
