The staff is very friendly, the bathroom and toilet are very clean, but unfortunately the pillows are very flat so it's hard to sleep. 😭

near Blok M Plaza...for those who want to heal in the Blok M area, it's nice, overall ok...aiming for the bathtub, there's hot water and it's clean too but unfortunately the shower hose is broken

The staff is friendly, the location is very strategic for everywhere, although it is a bit complicated with the deposit system at the beginning & the AC is not cold at all all day. Maybe next time the AC will be given more attention.

So sorry. Ordered twin bed, all mattresses, bed covers, bed sheets, pillow cases smell, have asked for replacement but still smelly and the water pipe is clogged, the flash also takes a long time to fill the water, but the service is okay, responsive and friendly, but the cleanliness of the mattress is very bad

Early check in was difficult, it was 15 past 15 before I could enter the room because it was being cleaned. The distance to the mall is just walking distance.

This has been on my staycation wish list for a long time because it's close to the office so even if you're staying on a weekday, you can just walk. I happened to choose the premium type yesterday and looked for one with a kitchen in the room because I wanted to cook at night and surprisingly the tools and cooking spices here were fully provided🥹. But even if you don't choose the premium type, there is also a public kitchen that can be used and is clean, oh yes, there is communal space too. Of course, with super helpful and friendly service🥰. The condition of the room is clean but doesn't really smell good, the sofa has a few holes in it like it has cigarette ash on it, the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub, overall the experience here is satisfying, I think I will come back again!🤩.

Hotelnya bersih dan bagus, buat yang mau staycation di daerah blok M cocok banget deket banget sama MRT cuma 2 langkah kalo ke plaza blok M dan deket cafe-cafecantik juga.

AC menyorot ketempat tidur 😟😭 ini yang agak runyam. Shower pancuran tidak tersedia jadi harus dipegang tangan. Untuk harga rp 700 ribu semalam kurang memadai. Tempat strategis karena dekat dengan blok M. Untukbyg seharga 350ribu-400ribu sangatlah tepat.
