Good service, strategic location.

The family room is worth the price. The floor of the family room looks dirty, but it's not likely due to old tiles, unlike the other rooms, which are in good condition. Breakfast is also delicious, quite extensive. 🙂

In room 109, the air conditioning wasn't working optimally and wasn't cooling very well. We hope this can be fixed next time to maximize room comfort.

Strategic location, but unfortunately for the 2nd floor rooms the sound from the next room can be heard.

The hotel is great, very close to Kayutangan and the town square. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Early morning check-in due to the early arrival of the train. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage to the front of the room. The room amenities were commensurate with the price. Cleanliness could be improved.

The family room is spacious and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 small child. The disadvantages: 1. Towels were not provided in the room upon check-in. 2. There was no mat in front of the bathroom. 3. The shower gel was hard to get out, it seemed to be out of stock. 4. There was still hair under the table and mattress. Please improve the cleanliness and always check the room facilities because the hotel location is very good and strategic.

I booked a relaxing room, but I wasn't careful enough to find out there wasn't a TV. The room looked like a boarding house, not a hotel. Maybe it was because it was an old hotel, even though I'd seen good reviews.

The hotel's location is in the city center, so it's the right choice for me to stay while traveling around Malang City.

Very close to Malang city square and mosque, food is abundant around the hotel location and Kayutangan Heritage hangout place

A very strategic hotel, very close to Kayu Tangan Heritage Village, Malang's town square, and across the street from the mall. The staff is very kind and friendly, and my kids really enjoyed their stay, especially since there are toys available. Food and drinks are complete, and there's a cafe with live music.

What I like most about spending the night here is that the pillows are clean and fragrant.

The hotel is close to the city center and culinary scene. Access to the hotel is easy.
