Even though the rate is around 300,000 Rupiah, this hotel is very good and satisfying: the receptionist is super friendly and willing to lend me a knife to cut fruit. The lobby is comfortable with sofas and a TV. There's a bathroom in the lobby. There's an elevator upstairs. And of course, each room has the following amenities: 1. Hot water in the bathroom, towels, and soap. 2. Entertainment with a smart TV (you can watch YouTube or Netflix). Two pillows are provided per guest. 3. View of the Unair tower and the main road. 4. Close to food stalls, minimarkets, and laundry facilities, all within 100 meters. We stayed here during a competition on the Unair campus. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, the bathroom floor is not very clean, because the floor is generally yellow in color, and the floor in the room is also clean in the corners of the room and near the walls, the bottom of the floor in the room looks like it is rarely mopped or cleaned.

The downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a sink. Cleanliness needs to be improved. There's quite a bit of dust in the corners. There's also an unpleasant smell on the first floor near the elevator. For that price, it's pretty good. It's close to Gubeng Station. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future, especially regarding cleanliness and the smell of the room.

There's a price for everything....if you're on a tight budget or just looking for a place to sleep or transit, go ahead....but if you're looking for 5-star service or a maid, don't come here. There's no food at the hotel, but it's easy to find food because there are plenty outside the hotel. Strategic location in the city center. Wi-Fi is decent.

I stayed here once in 2017, and because it was comfortable, I ended up staying here again in 2025. It's close to Campus B, Airlangga University.

The location is great, close to everywhere and lots of snacks, the rooms are clean.

The location is close to Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Amenities: liquid soap (no toothbrush, toothpaste), bottled drinking water is given 2 bottles every day. Rooms & toilets are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The room is still not soundproof, often heard the voice of a child in the next room, but not too disturbing. Overall quite pleasant because the mattress is comfortable.

Comfortable and lots of food around the hotel. The staff is friendly and there is a coffee shop in front of the hotel. Really top.

Comfortable and clean, only the soap container in room 508 seemed to be leaking so when I entered I was shocked the soap was scattered, I thought what. Overall good job ✅
