The hotel grounds, rooms, and bathrooms were very clean. There was a lot of noise, loud music playing in the middle of the night, lots of people knocking on doors, and piles of trash and used items in front of the rooms.

We were very disappointed staying here, because there were a lot of male waiters who were thugs, entered the room without permission, opened our bags so that some of our documents were lost, it was really bad and disappointing, hopefully there will be improvements from the hotel, especially the male waiters.

The room is spacious and comfortable, I have stayed here twice. Recommendation for the bedroom

Overall staffs was friendly. The family type room that was booked was not pleasant to stay. Room not sound proof and inside can smells smoke all over the place. The door lock is broken. I hope the hotel management must do something about it.

My experience while staying at the Mariani Hotel was good, my only suggestion is that it would be better if there was a swimming pool there, because if there is, people who stay there bring their big families so their children want to swim, so they don't have to go far to swim anymore

A good hotel and suitable for families, the location is very strategic and close to the city center. Everywhere is close and easy to access
